For help with your account, your lab, imports, or anything that is not working, email support@wetware.ai. Tell us your lab name and what you expected to happen, and include a screenshot if you can.
Billing and refunds
Payments are processed by Paddle. For invoices, plan changes, or refund requests, email support@wetware.ai from the address on the subscription. The refund policy page explains what we can refund and when.
Privacy and data requests
To access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or to ask for a data processing addendum for your institution, email support@wetware.ai. PIs can also export their whole lab at any time from settings.
Security
If you think you have found a security issue in LabTab, email support@wetware.ai with the details and steps to reproduce it. Please do not access other people’s data while testing.
