What happens to my data if I cancel?
It stays yours. Every tier has a one-click ZIP export in Markdown, JSON, BibTeX, and iCal formats. You can take your full data away at any time, and we delete the server-side copy within 30 days of account closure.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. You can pause your subscription from your account settings. Paused accounts keep read-only access, and you will not lose your lab data unless you specifically choose to delete it.
