Refund policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. After 14 days, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

To request a refund, contact support@wetware.ai or use Paddle Buyer Support at paddle.net with the email address and transaction details used for your purchase.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, but we will consider requests made within 14 days of renewal where the service has not been materially used during the renewed period.

We will refund duplicate charges and payments taken in error. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Your bank or card provider may take 5–10 business days to show the credit.
